Meeting with Mayor of Tbilisi Kakha Kaladze

On december  13, 2017,  at Radisson Blu Iveria hotel, Business Association of Georgia organized a meeting with Mayor of Tbilisi Kakha Kladze. Vice Mayor Mr. Irakli Khmaladze, Deputy Mayor Mr. Irakli Bendeliani and Head of Municipal Department for Economic Development Mr. Andria Basilaia also attended the meeting.

Mayor of Tbilisi discussed potential for creation of new work places, the City development and on the implementation of necessary reforms, which will facilitate Tbilisi’s further progress.

“You have a capability to influence the city’s development and create new work places. This is very important not only on local, but also on national level. We are all aware, that biggest problem our citizens face is employment. Hence, Tbilisi Government’s polices are aimed to support businesses in creation of more w orking places” – stated Mr. Kaladze.

During the meeting, Mr. Kaladze also highlighted problems in the construction sector in the City, problems related to the public transport and talked about the improvement of ecological condition.

On the meeting which was conducted in an interactive mode, the members of BAG had opportunity to ask questions and share their thoughts to the representatives of Tbilisi City Hall.
