Meeting with the Minister of Finance of Georgia

Representatives of member companies of Business Association of Georgia met with Dimitry Kumsishvili, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Georgia at Biltmore hotel on November 9, 2017.

Minister of Finance Dimitri Kumsishvili discussed Georgia's economic situation, reforms and spoke about  future decisions and forecasts.

The meeting also focused on budgetary priorities and tax legislation in 2018, as well as current fiscal and structural reforms, including pension schemes and capital markets development. The focus was also on the legislative framework for public-private partnership, which is currently being considered.

It  was also positively assessed the fact that meetings are held regularly with the first Vice Prime Minister of Georgia on various issues.
