Business Association of Georgia met with the members of technical mission of International Monetary Fund

Business Association of Georgia met with the members of technical mission of International Monetary Fund (IMF) on January 24, 2018.

At the meeting, the Chairman of the Tax-Customs Committee of BAG,  Managing Partner of BDO, Zurab Lalazashvili and Tax and Customs Manager of BAG, Shota Komladze provided the mission members with the information on the country's tax legislation and the acting tax administration system.

The aim of the International Monetary Fund's mission is to elaborate recommendations for the Georgian side on issues such as tax administration and improvement of it's mechanisms, tax return procedures, creation of effective mechanism for risk analysis system and tax inspection, etc.
