In Search of Recipe for Energy Efficiency of Georgia

On November 20 of 2018, Business Association of Georgia organized a discussion called "In Search of Recipe for energy efficiency of Georgia." Within the framework of the project of the Assocaition – “Business Association of Georgia for Education”.

Presentations on the main challenges and perspectives of energy security were presented by leading field experts: Murman Margvelashvili (World Experience for Georgia (WEG), Founder and Board Member), Levan Vepkhvadze (General Director of Georgian International Energy Corporation) and Natia Bantsuri, economist of the Association.

The main topics of the presentation were:`

✔Electricity Sector: Tasks, Dilemmas

✔Growing trend of power consumption

✔Georgia - Energy Security

Any interested person had an opportunity to attend the discussion, as well as representatives of various fields of energy and business, students.

The Association plans to hold regular discussions of the similar format under the project of BAG - “Business Association of Georgia for Education”.
