President of Business Association of Georgia met with chairmen of committees

President of the Business Association of Georgia (BAG), Mr. Soso Pkhakadze met with chairmen of the Association's committees. There are already 11 committees established within BAG.

At the meeting, Soso Pkhakadze introduced two new committees to the current chairmen of the committees: The Committee of Oil, Petroleum Product and Gas chaired by Shavleg Mishveladze and the Committee of Electronic Communications chaired by Levan Buchukuri.

Current issues of the committees were discussed at the meeting on the basis of which the 2020 Strategy and Action Plan were elaborated.

“Our committees are working on all the issues that are important to the Business Association of Georgia. During the meeting, heads of committees spoke about the challenges they were facing in their respective fields. As a result, we intend to respond appropriately to each issue, whether through communication with the authorities or otherwise. Protecting fair and objective interests of BAG members and further improving business environment is our primary goal. Committees within the Association play an essential role in achieving this goal, for which we are grateful to them.” - said Soso Pkhakadze.
