The Business Association of Georgia continues its active cooperation with Danish partners, under which a training on productivity and employee engagement was conducted in partnership with the Georgian Trade Unions Confederation.
It is worth noting that the training consisted of theoretical and practical components and covered such important issues as employee engagement and the development of innovative ideas, quality and productivity, as well as reducing employee turnover and teamwork principles.
The training was conducted within the framework of a joint project between the Business Association of Georgia and Danish Industry, which aims to develop the labor market for the purposes of EU convergence.
"We are pleased that in cooperation with our European partners, the Business Association of Georgia and the Georgian Trade Unions Confederation conducted a joint training in productivity and employee engagement. This issue is one of the crucial factors for successful business operations, as satisfied employees drive business success. BAG's cooperation with Danish partners actively continues, and we are confident that this will be productive for representatives of our member companies as well as for the business sector in general," stated Levan Vepkhvadze, Executive Director of the Business Association of Georgia.
In cooperation with Danish Industry, the Business Association of Georgia plans to implement several more events throughout the year for the development of the labor market.
