The Tax and Customs Committee held a regular meeting

On 22th of June, the Committee for Tax and Customs of BAG held a regular meeting. Zurab Lalazashvili, the Managing Partner of BDO and the head of the Committee for Tax and Customs, headed the meeting.
The session was attended by Vladimer Khundadze, the head of Customs Department, Georgia Revenue Service, Customs Deparment deputy head Merab Arakhamia and other representatives of the Georgia Revenue service.
The meeting focused on innovations in the customs procedures and future plans of the department. All the interesting issues and initiatives, including customs legislation were discussed at the meeting.
Business representatives were given the opportunity to express their opinions about the above mentioned issues, as well as about the specific topics related to the Customs procedures.
