BAG Committee for Tax and Customs holding Regular Meeting with the Revenue Service
24 Nov '11
BAG's Committee for Tax and Customs hosted a regular meeting with the Revenue Service at Courtyard Marriott Hotel on November 24.
As a reminder, the meetings with the Revenue Service are regular and held every 2-3 weeks in order to discuss and specify the tax legislation related issues and those crucial and interesting for the business.
At the meeting held on November 24, meeting the interests of Business Association's members, the following issues were discussed:
The principle how to calculate a withholding tax and deduct from expenses the gratis property given to a natural person;
When opening bank accounts for entrepreneur natural persons, how to enforce the request for the document certifying the granting of taxpayer's ID number, as per Article 71 of the Tax Code;
VAT crediting as per Article 174 Para 10. of the Tax Code;
Use of new type of cash registers when delivering the electronically ordered goods to the address;
Businessmen and financial managers of the companies were allowed to hear the information on issues of their interests and receive answers on their additional questions on an interactive basis.
Another regular meeting within the framework of cooperation with the Revenue Service will presumably held in the second week of December.
