13 Jun '25
The Chairman of the Public Service Hall presented an entirely new concept, 'Business Assistant' to representatives of member companies of the Business Association of Georgia.
The target segment of 'Business Assistant' is that part of the business sector requiring continuous delivery of state services and enhanced capabilities. The project fosters even more simplified and convenient cooperation between the state and the private sector.
During the meeting, emphasis was placed on the streamlined services that encompass the full range of Public Registry services, as well as services of the Public Service Development Agency and the National Bureau of Enforcement.
Notably, the 'Business Assistant' project is already operational, with around 20 large companies operating in Georgia enrolled, including member companies of the Business Association of Georgia.
“‘Business Assistant’ is an exclusive project of the Public Service Hall that significantly simplifies business operations and makes using services more flexible and comfortable. Such products enhance operational efficiency in business, which in turn positively reflects on the economy - since it is the business sector that creates economic wealth driving the country's economic stability and development,” stated Soso Pkhakadze, President of the Business Association of Georgia.
'Business Assistant' offers clients comprehensive remote legal consultations, a dedicated space at the central Public Service Hall in Tbilisi, and mobile/on-site service at a preferred address across Tbilisi.
