Training on Engagement and Productivity Held at the Business Association of Georgia in Cooperation with Danish Partners

The Business Association of Georgia continues its active cooperation with its Danish partners, within the framework of which another training session on engagement and productivity was conducted in the field of organizational efficiency.

Notably, the training was grounded in modern human resource management approaches and consisted of both theoretical and practical components. It covered key topics such as understanding the strategic importance of productivity and its management, showcasing engagement mechanisms and their impact on organizational performance, as well as strengthening evidence-based (data-driven) decision-making skills.

The training was conducted as part of the joint project between the Business Association of Georgia and Danish Industry, which aims to develop the labor market to support EU alignment goals.

“We are delighted that, in cooperation with our European partners, the Business Association of Georgia hosted another training for representatives of member companies on modern human resource management approaches. This session serves to foster increased organizational efficiency within companies, which is a key factor for successful business operations. BAG’s collaboration with our Danish partners remains active, and we are confident that it will be productive both for representatives of our member companies and for the business sector as a whole,” stated Levan Vepkhvadze, Executive Director of the Business Association of Georgia.

In cooperation with Danish Industry, the Business Association of Georgia plans to carry out several more events throughout the year to support labor market development.
