"Vera Residence" has become a member of the Business Association of Georgia

The company operates in Tbilisi and is focused on the development and management of residential, hotel, and restaurant projects in line with modern standards.

The company's activities encompass several strategic directions, such as development activities, hotel and restaurant facility management and operation, investment project development, and real estate administration. One of the outstanding projects in "Vera Residence's" portfolio is the 127-room hotel Castor & Pollux, located in the Vera district, which has been successfully hosting guests of the capital since 2023. The hotel stands out with its modern infrastructure and high-quality service, contributing significantly to the development of local tourism.

The founder of "Vera Residence," Giorgi Koridze, who holds a diverse business portfolio in the real estate sector, notes that joining the association is a strategic step for the company's development, providing the team with even more opportunities to contribute to the sustainability of Georgian business. Future plans include expanding the hotel's infrastructure, specifically constructing a swimming pool and a spa center, which will further increase the facility's competitiveness in the market.
