The ranks of the Business Association of Georgia (BAG) have been joined by one of the largest tourism companies and DMC (Destination Management Company) operators, "June." Operating successfully in the Georgian market for over ten years, the company is a recognized leader and innovator in the sector.
Junny is the official representative of Israeli airlines in Georgia and holds more than 30% of the local market share, bringing in approximately 150,000 visitors annually. The company's reputation is built on reliability, stability, and deep industry knowledge.
Notably, "June" was the company that financially supported its partner airline to ensure the continuity of its operations in Batumi even during the winter season. This strategic subsidy helped maintain year-round air connectivity, support tourist inflows, and ensure market stability during the low season. The company's proactive investment clearly demonstrates its long-term commitment to destination development and solid partnerships with airlines.
Today, the company is actively expanding its geographical reach and working in the growing Indian market, promoting Georgia as an attractive tourist destination.
"We are delighted that another strong and highly reputable company has joined the big family of the Business Association of Georgia. Tourism is one of the leading sectors of our country's economy, and the activity of professional, strategically minded players like Junny further strengthens the business environment. We are confident that our cooperation will be productive, and through joint efforts, we will help overcome the challenges existing in the industry and realize new opportunities," stated Soso Pkhakadze President of the Business Association of Georgia.
