A Final Workshop on Engagement and Productivity Was Held at the Business Association of Georgia in Cooperation with Danish Partners

Within the framework of cooperation between the Business Association of Georgia and Danish Industry, a wrap-up training session on engagement and productivity was conducted to enhance organizational efficiency.

Notably, the training was based on modern approaches to human resource management and consisted of both theoretical and practical components. The session covered vital topics such as understanding the strategic importance of productivity and management, highlighting engagement mechanisms and their impact on organizational efficiency, and strengthening evidence-based (data-driven) decision-making skills.

"The joint project between the Business Association of Georgia and Danish Industry is drawing to a close. As part of our cooperation with our partners, a final training session on modern human resource management approaches was conducted for representatives of BAG member companies. This initiative aims to help boost organizational efficiency within companies, which is a key factor for successful business operations. We are confident that this collaboration will be beneficial both for our member companies and for the business sector as a whole," stated Levan Vepkhvadze, Executive Director of the Business Association of Georgia.

With these final workshops conducted in cooperation with Danish Industry, the Business Association of Georgia marks the successful conclusion of the project.
