The Committee Meeting for Tax and Customs

On December 25, the Committee for Tax and Customs of BAG held a meeting. Despite association member companies’ representatives, the meeting was attended by: Nikoloz Gagua (Deputy Minister of Finance), Giorgi Chichinadze (Deputy Director of Pension Agency), Mamuka Baratashvili (Head of Tax and Customs Policy Department of The Ministry of Finance) and David Bugadze (Head of Methodology Department of The Revenue Service) and Zurab Lalazashvili, the Managing Partner of BDO and the head of the Committee for Tax and Customs, headed the meeting.

On the dialogue format meeting was discussed some technical and methodological issues of the pension reform implementation, also the instruction approved by the order of the director of pension agency.

The meeting participants decided to meet again to discuss above mentioned legislation issues in order to enhance it.
