Organizational Effectiveness Training Held at BAG in Partnership with Danish Industry

As part of the cooperation between the Business Association of Georgia and Danish Industry, another training on engagement and productivity within organizational effectiveness was held.

Notably, the training was based on modern approaches to human resource management and consisted of theoretical and practical components. It covered key topics such as understanding the strategic importance of productivity and its management, showcasing engagement mechanisms and their impact on organizational effectiveness, and enhancing data-driven decision-making skills.

"The Business Association of Georgia actively continues its cooperation with Danish partners. Within the framework of this partnership, another training session on modern human resource management approaches was conducted for representatives of BAG member companies. It serves to promote increased organizational effectiveness within companies, which is a key factor for successful business operations. We are confident that this cooperation will be beneficial both for our member companies and for the business sector in general," stated Levan Vepkhvadze, Executive Director of the Business Association of Georgia.

In cooperation with Danish Industry, the Business Association of Georgia plans to implement several more events for labor market development by the end of the year.
