The Business Association of Georgia (BAG), in cooperation with Skillwill Swiss College, hosted a one-day intensive training session for the top management and executives of its member companies.
The informational session was entirely dedicated to the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into business processes, increasing operational efficiency, and implementing modern management models. The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence today demands precisely this type of strategic rethinking and the practical mastery of new tools from businesses.
The 8-hour meeting, held at the Association's office, was led by Nika Qochiashvili, an expert in Artificial Intelligence and business process automation, who has extensive experience implementing AI solutions across various sectors (retail, medicine, banking, and construction). The program included non-technical explanations, research from leading global organizations (IBM, McKinsey, PwC), real-world examples from major international brands (JPMorgan, Allianz, WPP), and an analysis of risk management principles. In the practical portion, managers witnessed live demonstrations of Custom GPTs, Gemini Gems, and other office AI agents, and worked on prototyping 90-day action plans for their organizations.
"In modern business, Artificial Intelligence is no longer just a technological novelty; it has become a core strategic tool for maintaining operational efficiency and competitiveness. We developed this training, organized in partnership with Skillwill Swiss College, specifically for the executives of our member companies so they could gain a precise vision and practical tools to implement AI capabilities within their organizations. BAG will actively continue to cooperate with leading educational platforms to ensure Georgian businesses have access to the latest global knowledge, which is essential for sustainable development in a changing economic environment," stated Levan Vepkhvadze, Executive Director of the Business Association of Georgia.
