Business Association of Georgia welcomes the development of the Strategy on Economic Development of Georgia

It is important that the Georgian business community is informed about the vision of the long-term economic development of Georgia and that it is actively engaged in this process, since this vision should serve as a foundation for the strategic organization and stability of the national governance, as well as long-term investment-related decisions by the private sector, and rapid economic growth of the country;
Business Association is actively engaged in elaboration of the economic strategy. There are exchanges of views on various components of the strategy, and cooperation and consultations are held with the leaderships of relevant government agencies.
The Association expresses its hope that the country will adopt the new strategy of the long-term economic development, which will incorporate all pressing issues, and its implementation will be conducted gradually. The latter will have positive implications on the general development of the country, as well as on each business sector and every citizen of Georgia.
