The Tax and Customs Committee held a regular meeting

On 10th of February, the Committee for Tax and Customs of BAG held a meeting. Zurab Lalazashvili, the Managing Partner of BDO and the head of the Committee for Tax and Customs, headed the meeting. The meeting focused on a short review of significant / major changes reflected in tax legislation during 2015 year; Information about progress of BAG’s incentives raised against Georgian Government in systematic mode (Income tax reform, reform of Dispute Resolution Board, decriminalization, recovery of special regime of Import VAT, deadline / suspension of Tax Inspection, seizure of the bank account "The seizure of the dispute")
Also individual initiatives of BAG member companies were discussed on the meeting. The needs of the companies were considered appropriate to continue working on and the action plan was scheduled.
