The Tax and Customs Comittee Held an Extended Meeting

On 17th of May, in Courtyard Marriott, representatives of BAG member companies met First Deputy Minister of Finance of Georgia, Director General of Georgian Revenue Service (GRS), Giorgi Tabuashvili, Revenue Service Deputy Director - Vakhtang Lashkaradze and Mamuka Terashvili, head of the Revenue Service's Audit Department Bakar Devdariani and Audit Department Deputy Head Shota Valishvili.

The meeting focused on tax audit procedures regulation project, which was developed by  Audit Department of Revenue Service. The project was presented to the participants of the meeting by Bakar Devdariani.

As it was mentioned at the meeting, the regulation's project concerns determination of procedures of terms and rules of tax audit.

Business representatives were given the opportunity to express their opinions about the project, as well as about the general tax audit procedures.
