Business Association of Georgia Getting Involved in the Joint Project of the Charity Foundation “Iavnana” and Patriarchate of Georgia

The founder of Charity Foundation "Iavnana" Paata Burchuladze met the businessmen gathered at Sheraton Metekhi Palace Hotel on May 24 where the exclusive presentation of "Iavnana" and Georgian Patrirachate joint project was delivered.

According to Mr. Burchuladze, the Project is about the construction of new monastery complex in Tbilisi on Makhata hill to be bearing the name of Holy Virgin Mary and each Georgian will contribute to its construction by making a minor donation (1 Lari) monthly.

On behalf of Business Association the BAG President George Chirakadze, First Vice President George Isakadze and Vice President Samson Pkhakadze expressed their support to the Project.

It was decided at the meeting that the BAG will ensure funding of the actions necessary for information provision and popularization (Project initial phase) of this Project.
