President of BAG Taking Part in the Presentation of Data Exchange Agency (DEA)

Presentation of the Legal Entity of Public Law - Data Exchange Agencywas held at Tbilisi Marriot Hotel on April 1.

President of the Business Association of Georgia, Giorgi Chirakadze represented the Association at the event.

The Presentation aimed at providing the public with the information about the duties and objectives of the DEA.

The key objective of the DEA is to establish data exchange infrastructure, create unified system of electronic document flow and ensure information safety.

As stated by the Association's President in his welcoming speech, the Agency is one of the most effective unit in the public administration system. A lot of large companies need cooperation with a unified, centralized body which would ensure their support by establishing information exchange standards and accessing the databases.

On behalf of the BAG, Giorgi Chirakazze expressed readiness to support the new initiative and further cooperate.
