The Committee for Employment and Labour Relations was set up at the BAG

The Committee for Employment and Labour Relations was set up at the BAG. On the position of its Chairman Mr. Lasha Akhaladze, representative of Madneuli Group and Vice President of GeoProMining was appointed. Relevant representatives of BAG member companies were recruited in the staff of the Committee.

One of the key activities of the Committee is to present employers' interests in the course of review of draft labour code of Georgia. The Committee has already been actively involved in trilateral dialogue initiated by International Labour Organization (ILO) with the participation of representatives of Government of Georgia, Georgian Trade Unions and Employers.
