Environment Protection Committee was established in 2016 at the Business Association of Georgia. The aim of the Committee is to explore problematic issues in the field of environmental protection, their analysis and initiation of legislative initiatives. One of the objectives of the Committee is to inform Association member companies on planned legislative initiatives.

In order to create an effective and flexible environmental legislation, the cooperation between business and State Authorities is necessary and one of the mechanisms to do this is an active work of committee, where  both, local and foreign experts are/will be involved.
